On Saturday
evening, December 3, the Iota Lambda Founders' Day committee, led by
Br. John Davis, presented an excellent and thoroughly enjoyable "Brothers
only" celebration. Despite inclement weather, there was a great
turn out of Brothers from the Alumni and College ranks. Additional program
details may follow in a subsequent update. But highlights included:
"The Occasion" by Br. Robert McGhee; Keynote Speech by former
Chapter President, Br. William Crutchfield; Alpha Man of the Year presentation
by Br. John Davis, to Br. William Crutchfield (who has maintained membership
in Iota Lambda Chapter); Presidential Awards to Brs. Ron Clark, Robert
Raby, Robert McGhee, Leslie House, Tony Kirkland (not pictured), and
Milton Baltimore. The evening closed with a robust singing of the Alpha
Hymn. Congratulations to all who contributed to this memorable evening.
