Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration is one of the premier events highlighting African American and African business, culture, health, and community issues. Iota Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., along with College and Alumni Brothers from Central Indiana again showcased Chapter and Fraternity at this singular exposition. This year as last, Iota Lambda made a credible entry for Alumni Chapter of the Year at the Indiana District, and as winner of that competition, proceeded to Midwestern Regional Competition where the Chapter was first runner up. And this year as last, Iota Lambda based its informational exhibit on it's Chapter of the Year competition presentation. As of this writing, local area Brothers and those visiting Indy for IBE came by in good numbers for fellowship. The Chapter's presence complemented the array of other exhibits for information, commerce, food, and family fun around Expo. |
