CSC 216 is the introductory Java course at NC State. The course serves as an introduction to the Computer Science Curriculum. The course starts students off with three Guided Project assignments, and enables students to familiarize themselves with the Eclipse IDE and Java, the Object Oriented language used througout the curriculum. Students will be introduced to abstract concepts such as inheritance, interfaces, and object oriented designs.
