Iota Lambda Alpha Week - 7 Jewels

Iota Lambda renewed a long tradition of a full unit with float, vehicles, and step team in the 2009 Circle City Classic Parade. Brs. Steve Jones and Curtis Hollis chaired an enthusiastic group of float builders, walkers, steppers and others who put forward a classy parade unit. A professional sound system provided music and lively commentary throughout the parade. The day was chilly but had enough sunshine to bring out enthusiastic crowds of spectators. The black and gold float provided a spectacular backdrop for the step team as it performed for the television audience on WISH TV and along the parade route. Some Iota Lambda Brothers and guests also made it to various Classic events including the title football contest and "Battle of the Bands" at Lucas Oil Stadium. Congratulations to all who put on a true Alpha showing.
